Stubble breaking after harvest
Stubble breaking is one of the most important field operations. According to the proper agricultural procedures, it should be done as soon after harvest as possible. For this operation, SWIFTERDISC XO_PROFI can be equipped with serrated or aggressive discs with a diameter of 20.5 × 0.2/ 22 × 0.2 inches, providing excellent cutting, mixing with soil and incorporation of crop residue. The rear packers compact soil and close the cultivated soil profile to ensure even emergence of weeds and unwanted cereal seeds.
Seedbed preparation
The small disc diameter in combination with the high working speed provide a high circumferential speed of the discs, which leads to excellent crumbling and mixing effect of the disc section. If you are planning to use the disc cultivator for soil preparation more frequently, we recommend adding the front Crushbar leveller to the SWIFTERDISC XO_PROFI, for levelling unevenness and breaking the rough furrow.

SWIFTERDISC XO_PROFI models have disc sections arranged in the shape of an X. This innovative technical design eliminates drifting of the machine to the side. That allows the disc cultivator to precisely trace the tractor track. The central disc reduces the risk of ridge formation.
Extremely stable even at higher working speed.
The two-row layout of rear packers provides better stability at high speed than a one row design, and also eliminates the gap in disc cultivators with two rollers in one row. The integrated axle ensures even distribution of the machine weight and eliminates its swaying. Moreover, it ensures safer transport and reduces the turning radius of the tractor with the cultivator at headland.
It enables working faster and eliminates the risk of clogging.
Machines can frequently get clogged while stubble breaking or incorporating larger quantities of crop residue due to low clearance, or when the working speed is restricted to avoid the formation of waves. In their disc cultivator category, SWIFTERDISC XO_PROFI cultivators offer the largest distance between the front and rear row of the disc section, 55 inches, and the distance of discs to the rear packer axis is up to 63 inches. The frame clearance of 23.5 inches makes it possible to also incorporate large quantities of organic matter or manure.

SWIFTERDISC XO_PROFI can be equipped with unique tractor track cultivators for perfect loosening of the hardened soil layer. Adding spacers between disc holders can increase the working depth of the discs against other discs in the row by 1-1.6 inches.

Perfect terrain tracing – always and anywhere.
The SWIFTERDISC XO_PROFI disc cultivator is equipped with a hydraulic drawbar. We use this technical design as it facilitates the connection to the towing vehicle, and above all, improves the quality of work because the disc cultivator perfectly traces any terrain unevenness.
A cutting roller for tough crop residue.
The SWIFTERDISC XO_PROFI cultivator can be equipped with the Trash Cutter roller in the front, an ideal choice for cutting crop residue and hard stalks. Such cut crop residue decomposes better in soil and facilitates subsequent soil cultivation, preventing machine clogging.
