Trust BEDNAR original spare parts

At the Gospodarstwo Rolne Maciej Sik farm in Poland, they use the FENIX FO 8004 PROFI versatile cultivator, connected to a 540 hp JOHN DEERE tractor. The average working depth is 11 inches, and the setup reaches a working speed of around 6.8 mph. This is the farm's second BEDNAR cultivator, following their use of the previous generation FENIX FO machine.

In addition to the machine itself, the wearing parts – points – are also of the highest quality. The company conducted an experiment by fitting the machine with original and non-original points. Read how this test turned out.

Try, compare and see the difference

After processing 741 acres, the BEDNAR original 1.6-inch LONG LIFE points with carbide plates showed significantly less wear compared to other non-original parts also containing carbide. As the attached pictures clearly confirm, BEDNAR original points have proven their high durability and longer service life compared to non-original parts.

This simple test clearly confirms that original BEDNAR spare and wear parts extend the life of the machine, reduce the requirement for frequent replacement, but above all ensure a constant quality of work. Original and non-original parts often look similar, but their wear after hundreds of hectares of work can lead to increased machine replacement and maintenance costs.

Based on this test, we definitely recommend investing in original parts recommended by the machine manufacturer if you want to achieve long-term efficiency and reliability in tillage.
